 Upon completion, you will have the practical skills necessary to support end users and collaborate effectively in IT, ERP, and CRM environments with tools like PC hardware, SAP, and Salesforce.
Our program provides core skills needed for a career as a PC Support Technician, including computer systems, networking, operating systems, hardware, and software.
You’ll also learn to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for users on both Windows and Linux systems.

Admission Requirements

  • The student has an Ontario Secondary School Diploma or equivalent OR is 18 years of age or older on or before the program begins AND can pass a qualifying test (Wonderlic – 19) that has been approved by the Superintendent.
